Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use mrklass.co.uk or buy products from us. The website is operated by Mr Klass Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 06364077), registered office 836 High Road, London, N17 0EY. References to "we", "us" or "our" are to Mr Klass Ltd.

By placing an order or using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

• Prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Shipping is calculated and added at checkout.
• We try to keep all product information accurate, but minor variations in packaging may occur as manufacturers update their products.
• If a product is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you with alternatives or refund you in full.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the shipping confirmation email — at that point a contract is formed.
• Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
• We may decline an order if items are unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we've already taken payment, we'll refund you in full.

• We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48.
• We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 1–4 working days depending on the option you select at checkout.
• Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. To exercise this right, email mr.klassonline@gmail.com with your order number.

• Items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
• For hygiene reasons, sealed personal care products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
• We refund the full purchase price (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
• Faulty or damaged items: contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, branding — belongs to Mr Klass Ltd or the relevant product brand owner. You may not reproduce it without our permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
