We dispatch from our shop in Tottenham, North London. Most orders go out the same working day. Here's exactly what to expect.
UK delivery options
All UK deliveries are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
If anything you've ordered isn't in stock, we'll email you with an honest update and offer either a close alternative, a wait time, or a fast refund — your choice.
International orders
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & refunds
We want you to be happy with everything you order from Mr Klass. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day you receive your orderto let us know you'd like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us (in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on hair products, oils, lotions or creams once they've been opened or used, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving the return.
Faulty or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please email mr.klassonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return postage if needed.
How to start a return
- Email mr.klassonline@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions within 1 working day.
- Pop the items in the post — we recommend a tracked service for your peace of mind.
- Once we receive and check the return, your refund is issued within 5 working days.
